FAQ

What's the difference between Camping, Ticket Transfer & Fast Transfer?+
Camping is our seat-camping service for the official sale. A Ticket Transfer is a confirmed resale seat transferred to you. A Fast Transfer is the quickest option - a seat from ready-to-move inventory. Not sure which fits? Message us.
How does ticket transfer work?+
Here's the principle: the seller cancels the ticket from their own account, then quickly re-buys it using your account - so the ticket officially becomes yours. The tricky part is that the official site doesn't return cancelled tickets to the sale pool right away. Every account has to queue for around 21 hours just to get one entry into the pool, and once you're in there's only a short window to loop and catch the ticket - so success isn't 100% if it's attempted too early. This is why our IT team usually waits until 1-3 days before the show (or whenever the odds look best): that's when the system fast-tracks cancelled tickets back into the pool. Because our team knows the exact seat number, they can target that seat and snipe it back almost instantly. Timing close to the show date gives the highest success rate - the last BTS show in Goyang reached a 100% success rate with this method. The small risk: if the team can't catch the ticket back in time, you simply receive a full refund.
How does Camping work - and what happens after 7 days?+
We camp for your chosen tier for 7 days. If we secure it, it's yours. If not, you decide: a full refund, or we keep camping. You're never stuck.
Am I guaranteed a ticket?+
No honest service can promise 100%. We promise the best possible shot, and a full refund if we can't secure a seat you chose.
How and when do I pay?+
After you submit your order form, we confirm availability and send your all-in total plus payment steps. You only pay once we've confirmed.

How the ticket transfer works

  1. We use our own Ticketmaster SG accounts to secure your tickets during the pre-sale / general sale.
  2. Once your seat is secured, you provide your own Ticketmaster SG account so we can transfer the ticket over to you.
  3. Ticketmaster only releases the ticket barcode 3-7 days before the concert - we cannot transfer your ticket before the barcode is released. This is Ticketmaster's timeline, not ours.
